Types of Sessions at MyBarreClass

Discover a variety of workouts to activate your body, mind, and energy. Each week, you’ll receive a purposeful and balanced schedule:

Barre Interval HIIT: A dynamic session combining Barre with high-intensity intervals. Burn fat, boost your metabolism, and enhance your endurance.

Barre Strength: A class focused on deep toning with controlled, sustained movements. Feel how you sculpt your body with elegance.

Barre Dance: An artistic, fluid, and feminine session. Simple ballet-based choreography to connect with your sensuality and body expression.

Barre Flexibility: Perfect for lengthening, releasing tension, and improving posture. A gentle class to recharge and renew.

Flexibility exercises are included in all sessions. In addition, you’ll have access to a free 10-minute stretching class to help improve and recover flexibility. These are always recorded so you can follow them after each Barre session.

What is a Barre session like at MyBarreClass?

Each class is designed to offer you a complete, elegant, and effective workout. We blend the precision of ballet, the toning of Pilates, and the energy of fitness. All of this is accompanied by motivating music and constant support, so you can enjoy and grow with every session.

Class structure

Mindful warm-up (5–7 min): gently activating the body.

Barre or chair work (15–20 min): ballet-inspired toning sequences.

Floor work (10–15 min): strengthening the core, back, and arms.

Stretching and cool-down (5–10 min): relaxation, mobility, and self-connection.

The classes are suitable for all levels, and you can always adjust the intensity to your own pace.
