Refund and Returns Policy

At MyBarreClass, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you need to make a return, please carefully review the following conditions:

📍 Returns within Spain

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving the order for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Between 15–28 days: Accepted, but refunded as store credit only.
  • Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

🌍 International Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the order date.
  • Refund: Only eligible for exchange or store credit. No refunds to international payment methods.
  • Shipping costs: Covered by the customer.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene or product nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance items, “last chance” or final sale products
  • Underwear or intimate garments
  • Swimwear (only eligible for exchange or store credit)
  • Accessories (store credit only)
  • Linen or silk garments (exchange or store credit only)
  • Discounted/promotional items (exchange or store credit only)

Any non-eligible item sent as a return will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Product Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In perfect condition, with original tags and packaging
  • Free from smells, perfume, pet or human hair, stains, or visible marks
    We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

📦 How to Request a Return

Email us at [info@mybarreclass.com] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
    We’ll send you the steps to follow and the return address.

Return Processing

Once the package is received at our office, your return will be processed within 14 business days.
Please be patient — we cannot respond to return status queries before the process is complete.

🛒 Cancellations

Once payment is completed, cancellations are not possible, as orders are processed automatically at our logistics center.
However, you can return the order once received following the standard return process.

🚚 Orders with Free Shipping

If your original order qualified for free shipping but a return brings the total below the threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

💡 Additional Notes

  • We do not apply a standard restocking fee.
  • For returns over €150, we reserve the right to apply a 5% handling fee on the total refund amount.
  • We do not manage returns via social media. Email contact is mandatory.
